I completed an inquiry card and then was asked to sign a document that asked for my card information as well as signature acknowledging that I would solely work with GetCarrier. I refused to sign the document and asked them to give me a quote without me signing it. They agreed and gave me an "all inclusive quote". I then discovered later that the quote they gave me was not "all inclusive" as they initially informed me. Upon discovering this, I requested that GetCarrier remove me from their list of customers. They then proceed to inform me that I am obligated to work with them because I completed the form requesting to for a quote. I informed Alex that I did not sign the contract and to please send me the form I completed and submitted that stated I must remain on their board for 5 days and solely work with them (As far as I knew, I read all of the fine print and did not sign anything that stated so). He then proceeds to threaten to charge my credit card in order to show me that I have completed such form. Long story short, DO NOT EVER work with this company!
