This shipping company ignored my instructions regarding pick-up and delivery. They knew that I would be out of the country and would not be at my apartment to take delivery until a certain date.

They picked up early even though the broker gave them a later date. And they delivered early- while I was still overseas- and extorted a storage fee from me before releasing the car.

I would NEVER use this company (also doing business as ATA or Geo Express) again.
