Lied about pick up dates/no driver available

DONT USE!!!! Called multiple shippers in area and settled on Gateway based on information emailed/told to us over the phone. Contracted on June 28th and as of july 10th they could no get the car picked up. We phoned every day and never were called back. Told today that maybe another venue would be better....really!? Originally we told them our timelines hinged on arriving in AL NLT 13 July, and they promised that the timeline "was no problem". Main dispatch would always say we are working it, but would never committ to a progress report. Then after all the wait time, I'm told they hadn't received "one good bite on the bid"...so what were they working?
Again...Not recommended at all. This is our 4th shipment and we are Very familiar with the process. Use someone else.

This person had booked with us ,we didn't charge him any money like other companies do, only $1. we told him it takes one to seven days to get the car picked up but he didn't give us any chance ,he kept on calling almost everyday ,with a nasty attitude ,the last thing he said i want to cancel. the next day we got him a driver by the area ,but he didn't t answer. we are so sorry for what happened and for him to know that locating a driver is not what he expected and for him saying he shipped 4 cars before is not true he should have known better since the area where is the pick up is a hard for all drivers.but we did get a driver for him.
