I am so pleased with Frank Garcia and his team! I had scheduled shipping my car from Southern California to Austin, TX three week prior through RoadRunner. When it came to pick up day they cancelled last minute. The next day they cancelled again. The third day they said that had found a carrier but that the price would go up to get it picked up that day. When I pushed back, saying they are the ones who had cancelled twice and should stick to their rate, they were extremely rude and hung up on me! I then found Frank, who not only was able to get my car picked up that day, but also gave me a less expensive rate than Road Runner originally quoted! My car was carefully handled and arrived on time as promised! Thank you Frank!
