Bad service, unethical, not honest

I scheduled a booking and decided to have my vehicle picked up earlier than the scheduled date. When i booked i asked was the deposit refundable in the event i was no longer comfortable. The person i spoke with which was David said the money was refundable. Fast forward i called this morning requesting for my vehicle to be picked up today and when the company called i asked do you have insurance to cover my vehicle, the agent said i don’t know i think so. I hung up on her and called David, he denied me from my deposit i put down. I followed my first instinct, something isn’t right with this company. They are liars and don’t know what’s going on with they business

Order was dispatched and when Ms williams called the truck driver, the person that answer the phone didn't have a change to explain that YES ALL TRUCK DRIVERS WE USED ARE FULLY ENSURE IN ORDER TO BE DRIVING ON THE HIGHWAY just like Ms Williams has to have a insurance policy to drive her car around. But since she was so rude and decided to cancel after truck driver after he was already in route to location and all She had to do was think for a moment and realize that NOBODY CAN'T BE DRIVING ANY TYPE OF VEHICLE ON THE STREETS WITHOUT PROPER PROOF OF INSURANCE.
