Selected them based on the lowest quote, but nothing happened. I get that they just put the job out for bid, and hope a driver bites, but all I have to go on is them doing what they say they're going to do. In the end, after 8 days, they said they would call me back on 7 or 8 different occasions ("I'll call you in 10 minutes", or "I'll call you by the end of the day"), but not once did they actually do it. How can anyone trust someone when they don't do what they say they'll do? In the end, I fired them, and hired another broker to work on the job. Several times I told them if they said they were going to call me, to actually do it, so this review should not be a surprise.
