Horrendous Customer Service

Prior to paying my deposit, John Garcia answered my phone call on the 1st 2rings. afterwards was a completely different ball game. Initially, my truck was supposed to be shipped out on Tuesday, 9/4/18 because of Labor Day. That Tuesday, I called to confirm pickup with the driver and company to no avail. I called several times that day. John didn’t answer on Wednesday either. On Thursday, I called from my office phone, different area code, he hurriedly answered. He told me that they were going to send someone Thursday or Friday. Saturday rolled around, I did not hear from him. I called on Monday, a different gentleman , Richard Garcia, called me back and said that his supervisor, John will be out for the week, and let him try. He called me back with a quote that’s $250 more. This company has inconvenienced my life temporarily. My clothes and other necessities are in my car. I’ve had to pay so much more money to LYFt to get around. I haven’t learned the Metro system yet. This money is coming from my transporting budget. I wouldn’t recommend this company to my dog.
