We require transportation of our Cars and Trucks on a regular basis, however once in a while we must transport in an enclosed carrier, I had put a request into a locate broker we had used on several occasions- however after two days with no response I put the job on AmericanAutoShipping.com and within a two-minutes the phone rang and it was John Garcia with Garcia's Auto Transport and Logistics. John took the information on what I was transporting- dimensions, VIN, Pick-up City, Drop Off City and confirmed that I needed an enclosed carrier. With-in 20-minutes John had a quote and estimated pick-up and delivery dates. In that 20-minutes I had the opportunity to research Garcia Transportation and Logistics and found very good reviews. I also started to receive automated email responses from other transport and brokers with quotes, all for open carriers which showed me they didn't read my original post. I had a confirmation on Pick-up bye 3 PM the same day and payment done for John Garcia the Broker and Terry Berry the Transporter. John made the bidding process easy and he kept me informed during the initial process. Terry Berry was also a professional in making contact to confirm pick-up information and if there were and special instructions (which there were) and I received updates if the ETA on delivery changed. I was very pleased and would recommend Garcia Transport and Logistics as a reliable broker to set up transportation on your high end vehicles.
