John is a great rep. He clearly communicated cost and expectations. Driver delivered vehicle 4 hours later than quoted. He said he thought he was delivering to Central Florida, delivery was for South Florida. Poor navigation on driver end. Also vehicle was filthy upon arrival. May consider enclosed delivery next time.
