This was my first experience moving a vehicle. After receiving several quotes, Amy was the first to respond to my inquiry. I didn't read any reviews, so I went at this kind of blind, but I went with my instincts. I had a very tight window for pick-up, as my son was leaving for Iraq. Amy was great to talk to and she made arrangements for pick-up right away. I enjoyed dealing with Amy and Leon. It really took a load off my mind to know this was being taken care of. I was kept up-to-date on the status of the shipment and I was really impressed by the level of service. The car was a little late, but I knew about the delay and it was not big deal. The weather was the worst we've had in Ohio, but they came through. I would definately use them again.
