Told by the driver that he would deliver the car on Monday between 2 & 4 pm, by 5 pm I had not heard from him so I texted him & he did not respond. Tuesday 7:30 am I spoke with Steven, He said he would deliver between 2 & 4 pm and abruptly he said "have 450.00 Cash.Later, he left me a voicemail @ 11:30am, he was still in NJ & would not make it. Wednesday 7:30 am I called again, was told he would be there in the afternoon & will call 30 min before delivery. At 3:50 pm, I recieve the call he is on the way; he will be here in 15 min. I expect he will deliver my car to my residence which is a main road, which we cleared from the snow each day he was due to deliver, especially since there are no tags on the car. He calls 10 ten minutes later, "come get your car, I am at the intersection 2 blocks from your house, I want to keep my truck headed in the direction I am in." Again I have no tags on the car. I explain when he turns down my road he can continue on his route by turning one other turn on to the next main road & will keep him @ his destination. I am told no again, "come get your car & have the cash!"
