I don't know why people leave feedback only when something goes wrong and i don't believe everything they say is true. I was uncomfortabe to ship with them after i read reviews but took my chance and everything went very smooth. Alex asked for a window of few day to pick my car to avoid late pick up and he was right truck driver called day sooner then i wanted to but since we had room for pick up he went to do his other pick ups and then came back to pick up my ca. No pressure whats so ever. Alex told what to check for when i get my car and what notes to take but everything went smooth. Very good customer serviece. AAA+++
