I will never recommend Freedom Transportation LLC - 516-754-2005. At first they want to go by there time..."Hey we live in united states and we are all working," thats why they need to call ahea of time or at least a day before pick up and arrival of the car. But guess what they will call you and stating there on the way to pick up the car and get mad coz nobody's home. They should let us know when and what time( at leat approx time) so that we can arrange our schedule in our job. But they never did...same as arrival or drop-off the car. they call that day and saying "the car is ready to drop off" and that time were not home. they should call us a day before so that we will stay home and wait for them. We made an appointment how many times and never showed up. Were trying to reach them but its so hard. Either they never answer or will tell us he dont have driver to transport the car. i missed 2 day of my job juts because they promised to drop the car and never did.

and one thing more i paid extra $100.00 because my car is over weight...Common Mr.Transporter your doing this bussiness for how many years, WHY you didint tell my friend that the car is over loaded so that she can remove some stuff at the trunk.

That's why im soooooo disappointed and i dont like theire service and never recommend this company.... Freedom Transportation LLC - 516-754-2005.. POOR SERVICE
