HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM CHANTZ FRANCO

DO NOT USE FRANCISGO AUTO TRANSPORTS!!! I called Chantz Franco because he was recommended to me by a friend. My friend showed me his statement from FrancisGo and when I quoted that amount (my friend's vehicle is a larger vehicle and was transported from Detroit, Michigan to San Diego, California for $700.00) to Chantz, he told me that I was wrong despite my having the invoice right in front of my face. He then quoted me a higher price "due to COVID and gas price increases" for a tow of half the mileage and for a smaller vehicle. He then told me that I could cancel if I wanted to. I told him I would think about it pending the situation with the vehicle purchase. One day later (Friday, October 9, 2020), I emailed him to cancel. I also called the company (whose mailbox is purposely full and has not been emptied) to verify/confirm and couldn't leave a message. I followed up with him via email (my friend also called and emailed), and to date we have not heard from him/the company. I have been frozen out and Chantz has held my transport agreement without release, so now, now other transport agency will transport my vehicle for anything less than $1,000.00. This is dirty business and playing with a customer in limbo so that the contract has to be bought out from another (in order for both companies to make money) is just downright dirty and should not be allowed. I am so disappointed in FrancisGo and even more disappointed in CHANTZ FRANCO. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND HIM OR THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE AND MY NEXT STOP IS TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU...
