This was by far the most unprofessional organization we have ever delt with. We hired Fox Auto Trans to bring a car from door to door. Fox Auto said we could pay with a certified check but when the driver finally showed up, he demanded cash or he wouldn't give us the car. Fox Auto also stated the car would not be delivered after dark. The car was planned to be in on Thursday and the trucker asked if he could deliver sometime between 12:00am and 4:00pm. When we said no, he was very upset. He ended up making us wait two more days and then delivered at 11:36pm. During the delivery he threatened me with physical harm because I asked for a receipt.
He was a big man for being so little!

Bottom line. Fox Auto subcontracts out to any trucker who will pick up the car. Just happened that the one who delivered our car was a drug addict. If you want good, safe service, don't use Fox Auto Transport. We asked for assistance from them and they had no control of the situation or help in dealing with a trucker who should be institutionalized.

We also will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Burrow. We asked for a call back from Fox Auto, but they never did. Not suprised.
