Last May, I also used the quote process where I was contacted by several companies and wanted to go with the lower quote yet leary about the horror stories I had heard. My son was coming home for the summer from school in Missouri. From the time I signed the order form with Fox Auto, Jon Boor and Chris Gilligan were very quick to respond to any inquiries I had. I was kept informed as to when the truck would be picked up; its destination; and the time of delivery. The driver was so accommodating in moving up the pick up time for us. We had to catch a flight and didn't want to leave the truck unattended. The truck arrived early, free from any damage, and all items in the truck were in tact.

I definitely would use Fox Auto again; in fact, I will be using them again in August to transport my son's truck back to Missouri from California while he goes to school. The rates are comparable to those quote given and the service was wonderful. I'm hoping I have a positive experience the second time around in using them.
