CA to MD/ Great Job Fox Auto Transport

I spent many hours on how to find a reliable Transport Company to move this vehicle when our daughter decided to move home. I went to a web site, one of those that you put your information into the service and a bevy of companies sent you quotes (I received no less than 50 quotes by doing this). My quotes ranged in price from $800.00 to $1400.00. Many of these companies contacted me directly to tell me how reliable they were, but they all said the same thing. Beware of the lower prices because the drivers tend not to take these bids and your vehicle will sit for weeks or months before it gets moved. I was also warned that other companies would charge the entire amount to my credit card before anything was even scheduled, and there were numerous otherwarnings and horror stories. I was directed to this website to check on the reviews. The two companies I was considering both had reviews, the company with the higher price bid had over 50 reviews with about a third of those reviews being average to poor ratings. Fox Auto Transport had only about 5 reviews but they were all good reviews so I decided to go with them. I spoke with Jon Boor who helped me through the set up process. I have to admit I was still a little nervous that the vehicle would not be picked up, since that is what I was told would likely happen by several of these bigger, higher priced companies.

Fox Auto Transport notified me in a timely manner of the pick-up date and explain the process to me, they also charged my credit card with the deposit at this time which is the normal process with the balance being due on arrival. They told me the carrier would call me directly the day before pick up to make arrangements, which he did. The vehicle was picked up on time and actually delivered on the early side of the timeline. I am so very pleased I decided to go with Fox Auto Transport. They were informative, courteous, available for any questions, very reasonably priced, very professional and extremely timely. The driver was also very courteous, helpful, timely and kept us informed. Thank you so much Fox, I would give you an A for excellence and will most certainly recommend you to anyone who is in need of having a vehicle moved.
