I've shipped several vehicles long distance in the past with other transport companies and always had a good experience. Using Fox Auto Transport was my first bad experience shipping a vehicle. Fox assigned my vehicle to a shipper with little to no experience (an amateur) shipping vehicles. The shipper didn't supply a bill of lading or any documentation for vehicle condition at pickup. Utilizing pics of the vehicle I had before pickup & comparing condition after receiving the vehicle, I discovered some damage to the rear of the pickup bed. I contacted & sent before & after pics to Chris at Fox for assistance & remedy. After he talked w/shipper, I was told by Chris I could contact a lawyer to sue shipper but w/o documentation it would go nowhere & he offered no other assistance. My lessons learned: Fox was no help when a problem arose, Fox will support the shipper over the customer even when they both fail to provide proper documentation of the shipment. Ironically, Fox's fee is about 30% higher than most other brokers so I thought I was with a quality broker that values customer satisfaction, turned out not so at all! The saying "you get what you pay for" doesn't apply at Fox. I have 2 more vehicles to ship, but will definitely not use Fox again. There are many other quality brokers available so go elsewhere for your vehicle transport needs, you will save money & get it done right w/o hassles. Use contact no. for more info if needed.
