I placed a order in November 2012 for transport across country. It is January 2013 and I have finally canceled my order with Fox Auto Transport. I understand they are brokers but the communication, the bullXXXX regarding why my vehicle had not been picked up just got to be too much. Initially they offer you a lower price than others to get your business. Then when they can't find a carrier who will except the price, they tell you that there just isnt anyone traveling your way from the origin of the vehicle. Tom kept at this every time I called. Finally Chris came clean and verbalized no one wanted to take my vehicle because the price they quoted was too low. I recommend avoiding this company. There are numerous brokers out there who will call and communicate with you honestly and who are effective at what they do and who are genuinely concerned about getting your car transported. This is the fourth car I have transported across the country and this is easily the worst company that I have dealt with.
