Used a broker, was quoted price of $800.00. Was told that I could put stuff in trunk and under window view in auto. Car was to be picked up, my sister in law was the contact point. Flash (marcello, and scruffy George) came to pick up the car, stated that it would be $300 more for items in car, I was called in NC and talked with Marcello, I told him NOT TO TAKE the car if there was an extra charge other than quote. He told me he would deal with the broker and not to worry about it. Well short end of it, they (Marcello owner) told me if I wanted the car, I had to drive an hour and pay $400 more for a total of 1200. I took police with me to pick up car, he (Marcello was rude, and would not even speak to me) Police could not do anything, except tell me to file a lawsuit. Police stated as well, he had never seen a situation so WRONG> PLEASE DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE< THEY LIED TO THE BROKER AS WELL AS TO MY FAMILY.

i transport cars.that,s it .this person had a car full of her personal items.i think that is abuse of my company. i informed her to remove her items nicely but she refused.she stated that the broker said it was o.k. i told her that all the items are not allowed in accordance to d.o.t. regulations.she refused. in accordance to my contract i have the right to charge for the additional cargo.we solicited a car to transport not your personal items with it.legally by you loading the vehicle you broke the contract and my contract goes into effect.you are welcome to talk to my attorney at any time to discuss contracts.
