Was a little nervous, never having transported a car before. My move to NY from LA was was no picnic to begin with. After going on-line, I got a call from Alan. His timing could not have been better. He had lots of information for me, and answered all my questions as though the answers were on the tip of his tongue. I immediately got the feeling he knew what he was doing. We scheduled the pick-up the day before my flight to NY. Alan assured my the car would be picked up on time... and it was. He also assured me that the driver picking up the car would be the same driver droping it to me in NY... and it was. No terminals. Do your research. These assurances mean something. Alan was in contact with me via e-mail, and returned my calls promptly. I must say, I hope not to have to do this again, but if I do, I know who to call. Thanks Alan.
