I worked with Harrison at Fast Track Auto to have my motorcycle shipped for NH to GA. The motorcycle was picked up 4 days after the promise date of pick up and there was a period of about 5 days where I had no idea where my motorcycle was. I attempted to contact Fast Track Auto and the carrier(Philly Express Enclosed) for updates on an ETA but all my calls were ignored or not returned. Finally I received my motorcycle 4 days after the promised delivery date and I had to pay the carrier more than what was originally quoted to me.
