On 3/5/14, husband paid a $150 deposit to have our Dodge 1500 truck transported from Washington to Louisiana. After he told me this, I looked up reviews for this company. After reading numerous TERRIBLE comments, I was anticipating the worst.......and I got it. I emailed the company and did in fact inform them that I was a bit anxious after reading the reviews. Andrew responded and assured me that "every company has a few disgruntled customers" but they were still one of the top 10 carriers on EBAY. We were given a date of 3/10/14. Once that day came and passed, we thought we would hear from someone, but never did. We called the next week and were told the driver cancelled because "his truck broke down." (an excuse I read in another review). For the next week, no one ever reached out to us, we had to call every couple of days follow up. From that point on I never heard from this company. We ended up calling Brian with Shore Auto Transport, who was very professional and kept my husband and I informed in every aspect of the process of obtaining a driver. He did not take a deposit until he secured a driver. Our truck is on it's way to Louisiana. I sent Fast Auto and email this morning, after not hearing from them for 2 weeks, and informed them that it was "absolutely shameful" of how unprofessional they are. I got an immediate response asking, "Are you sure you have the right company?" Claiming, as I have read in another review that "we have no record of you in the system". I then sent the previous emails to refresh the "selective memory" he was having. I then received an email from Andrew informing about "not being able to guarantee pick up and delivery" and how drivers "pick and choose the loads they want to take". I already knew that, but at least keep your customers informed of what's going on with what's going on. Don't take their money and then don't contact them for weeks. If I hadn't emailed today I probably would have never heard from them again. Please take my advice, go with a company that secures your driver first before taking a deposit. Don't be fooled by they low rates!!!!!!!! RUN, RUN, RUN, you have been warned.

FIRST I WOULD LIKE TO START OFF BY SAYING THIS SITE IS A COMPLETE JOKE IF YOU PAY THEM YOU HAVE 5 STARS IF NOT THEY TAKE DOWN ALL YOUR POSITIVE REVIEWS I FIND IT FUNNY HOW COMPANY'S ON THIS SITE GET MORE POSITIVE REVIEWS THEN DISNEY WORLD SEEMS KINDA FISHY TO ME. AND SECONDLY WHO IS KIM I HAVE A ORDER WITH A AKEEM BUT NOT A KIM EVERYTHING WAS THOROUGHLY EXPLAINED TO HIM AND I'M SORRY IF HE'S NOT HONEST ENOUGH TO TELL HIS WIFE OR WHOEVER YOU ARE SPEAKING ON HIS BEHALF WHAT HE DID. I HAVE THREE SIGNED DOCUMENTS FROM HIM CLEARLY STATING THAT WE DO NOT OWN THE TRUCKS AND WE TALKED TO HIM DAILY AND NOT TO YOU BECAUSE HE IS OUR CLIENT, NOT YOU KIM WHOEVER YOU ARE, WHY WOULD WE CALL YOU!!! HE CHOSE TO GO AT A CHEAPER RATE AND WAS TOLD IT WOULD MOST LIKELY TAKE MORE MONEY TO MOVE THE VEHICLE BUT HE WAS MORE FOCUSED ON BEING CHEAP. YOU CAN LEAD A HORSE TO WATER BUT CAN'T MAKE HIM DRINK.
