Not honest about cost.

Got ripped off big time by Fast Track Auto Carriers LLC. Quoted me a price of $425 which I have in the original documents. I was to pay $275 COD when the car arrived. It cost me $475 to get my car off the transporter. The driver was told he would be getting $500 from me. A $425 job ended up costing me $675 and I believe they delayed delivery until my payment cleared my credit card company. When the truck was on the way the driver called me and informed me that it would cost me $475. I had already paid Fast Track $150 by credit card for their brokerage fee. I was never told this was over the quoted price of $425. I have the original document of the shipping order that states the COD amount to be $275. When I disputed this with my credit card company, Fast Track sent them corrected documentation showing the COD amount I actually paid. I phoned Andrew at Fast Track before the car was dropped off and got no satisfaction from him. Never again for Fast Track.

Frank, We did not rip you off. You had an order with us to pick up your vehicle and when or carrier arrived you failed to mention that the vehicle was in " NON- RUNNING CONDITION" which delayed your transport and included an up-charge with the price which is also CLEARLY stated in our Authorization Agreement/ Terms and Conditions, again which in fact you did sign in 3 different locations. Small peace of advice Frank, please make sure before you sign anything in the future, review what you are signing. Regards, FASTTRACKAUTOCARRIERS.NET
