Stay Away from these Guys.Frustrating experience with Fast Track Auto Carriers

I had worst time of my life dealing with this company. I have wasted about a week and umpteen hours trying to communicate with this company but in vain. All you will get dealing with this compnay is pain, frustration, anger, anguish and disappointment. Never ever try to deal with this company. They are fraud and dont know how to do business.
Below is extract of my last communication with the company which was also not responded as usual. It will provide insight into what I had to go through.

Hi Alex,

Below is the email I had sent on Saturday after multiple follow-ups for which I did not reecive any feedback whatsoever. This is the same mail id that you have sent me test email from but there is no response whatsoever on my below email.
This is the link from which I got your alternate phone number http://www.yelp.com/biz/fast-track-auto-carriers-llc-delray-beach. The person told me to cancel order with you guys.
This is link to my contract copy https://secure.echosign.com/. The number on contract copy is 1-888-818-2408. Try calling on that number yourself and you will reach a voicemail box thats full and you cant leave any message.
The email id on the contract is support@fasttrackautocarriers.com from which I have never received any response. The website on contract is http://www.fasttrackautocarriers.com/ which does not work. Pls try on your end and confirm back. I have attached screenshot of what I see. As mentioned by you there is no fax number to reach you guys.
On top of that I have called, texted and voicemailed Derk 500 times with no respnse.
You tell me what other mode of communication can I use. Pls do your deligence next time before you call customers and be sympatheic to their problems. Your unprofessional mannerism is not going to help your business and you'll have more dissatisfied and disgruntled customers.
I hope now you are clear on what I am saying. I dont expect that any cusotmer has to do the kind of strenous follow-ups that I have to do. Also if my appointment was set for Sunday why didnt I receive any call from your company to confirm the same or to initmate me that there is change in appoitment. Where is communication from your end. Why has there always been communication from my end.
I atkeast hope that you guys will understand all my pain and turmoil and get my refund processed ASAP. I also deserve compensation for all the hassles that I have to go through and all umpteen hours that I have spent trying to reach you.

KUNAL, YOU ARE A BIT EXTREME IN YOU TRANSPORT REVIEW. YOU CLEARLY DO NOT UNDERSTAND THAT THIS IS LOGISTICS AND SOME THINGS ARE OUT OF OUR CONTROL IN TRANSPORT, SUCH AS A CARRIER WHO WAS DELAYED WITH OTHER CLIENTS AND WAS 1 DAY LATE PICK YOU UP. FURTHER MORE THERE IS NO ALEX THAT WORKS HERE, SO YOU OBVIOUSLY HAVE THE WRONG COMPANY.
