As many others have stated, I wish I had seen these reviews before I elected to use Fairway to book the transport of my vehical! I cannot understand how this person/business can still be in business. I originally reserved the transprt the first week of Jusly. Was told they had a trailer leaving Aug 10th or 11th. that was earlier than I wanted, but the price was right so I went with it. I had to call every day after the 11th for follow up. I was finally told that Montanta was a hard state to get a run to, but he (Carl) was working on it. After days of back and forth and no return calls I was getting nervous, so I called and asked if he could get the car to Spokane, WA. That was 4 hours away, but a major city. He called back within an hour and said that the car would leave the next day for Spokane. He confirmed at that time that he was able to honor the quoted price as I had agreed to a more accessable location......or so I thought. The driver still wanted to collect $200 more than the quote. Carl will not return my calls.... A cross country move is stressful without complications, the experience with Fairway auto added a huge amount uf undue stress! Think twice before dealing with this company!!!!!!
