Fairway is by the far, the worst and most unprofessional company I have ever worked with. I made a $175 deposit and my left over balance was $625, according to my quote. My car was picked after ten days of the avaiable pick-up date. I'd had to call them every other day asking when my car was going to be shipped because they never did. Not once did they call me to inform me about anything. When my car was delivered, I had a balance of $1025. I called the old man who I've been in contact with and asked him about the balance.I was charged an extra $150 for my car SUPPOSEDLY being picked up under ten days after the pick-up date. The old man was yelling at me over the phone while I was telling him the car was NOT picked up under those ten days. I was promised a $75 armed forces discount and that as well, was out of question. I paid the extra amount I owed after hearing the old man scream over the phone and to this day I have not received the $75 armed forces discount I was promised in the mail.
