I'll take credit for a few of my own failures first: 1. I didn't do enough research. Had I just looked up this company online, this review site comes up first and I never would have given this dude a dime. 2. I bought the lie. The email about 1 spot being left on the truck on the day I needed it was BS and I wasn't being defensive enough.
That being said, Jonathan...I have a couple of requests for you. #1, please return my deposit. Your contract states that a cancellation within 24 hours of a truck being designated to pick up my vehicle will result in a forfeit of my deposit. I cancelled before a truck was designated and you have never provided proof of anything to the contrary. #2, you need to change your website. You have an unanswered complaint filed with the BBB. Yes, folks, I enlisted the BBB to help me with this sham of a company and he did not respond to the complaint.
I learned a tough lesson. This company is out to screw you. Fortunately, I'm only out $175, but if my misfortune can keep just 1 more person from falling prey to these jerks, then it was worth it.
Jonathan, I'll see you in court for breach of contract.
