Horrible Experience. Do not use.
The car was 12 days late and $650 OVER the price quoted. These people are dishonest and not up front at best. I called the third week of June for a pick up any time before Friday the 16th of July and was quoted $875 for a transport from Boston to San Francisco. Jonathan told me he would call me between the week of Monday the 12th to let me know when the driver was coming for my car. Having not heard from him by the evening of Thursday the 15th, I called him as was informed that they had the 16th as the FIRST day of pick up but he assured me that he would have some one come pick up my car on Friday. On Friday morning a third party towing company (not the shipping company) came to pick up my car and told me they were charging $120 for the pick up and three days of storage and that they had been told some one was coming to get my car the following Monday the 19th. Since i was leaving for California that evening and had no other choice i agreed. I called Jonathan and he assured me that the car would be picked up Monday. Fast forward to Thursday the 22rd, I called Jonathan to inquire about my delivery date and he told me he'd call back tomorrow "once he spoke to the driver" I did not hear back from him despite two follow up calls until Monday the 26th, at which point he assured me some one was pick up the car that day and would be in California in a week. I get a voice mail three days later on Thursday the 29th from the third party towing company who picked up my car saying that the driver was there to pick it up and they needed $320 more in storage fees to release it. By the time I called back, they said the driver and Jonathan from Fairway had covered the storage fees ($200 by the driver and $120 by Fairway). I called Jonathan back but did not hear from him until the following day and at that point he insisted that his only responsibility to me was to get the car an a truck "at some point" and the cost of the move had swelled to $1540 dollars ($1050 for the driver, $320 for pick up and storage, and $150 for his fee).
After much arguing and a threat that he would have the driver he agreed that he would not charge his fee for the move because of his mistakes. The car finally arrived on August 4th, a full three weeks after it was supposed to leave Boston. At this point the driver hands me a bill for the full $1540. I call Jonathan to protest and he tells me to "go fuck myself and pay the driver" and hangs up. The driver is nice (he is from a different company that Fairway sub contracts with) but knew nothing or my discussions with Jonathan. He calls Jonathan to inquire and is told "its your job to collect the money". The driver knowing he's been lied to as well, he agrees that if i cover the transport and storage he won't collect the $150 for Fairway. I'm sure that Fairway will go after the poor guy for the $150 they think their owed.
Over all this was a horrible experience, even at the outset when there were no issues, these folks were rude and dismissive. Do not do business with them period. I wish I had seen their 2 star rating before i signed up to use them.

this customer is way off the additional charge was for the terminal which he ordered, not us and expected us to pay for. He did not pay anything more than the original contract according to the trucker, unfortunately the original trucker cancelled and a new trucker was hired.
