I purchased a 1999 Saab 95 wagon 8 years ago and was disappointed in my experience at that time . Though the car arrived where and when it was supposed to , the temporary plates I paid the dealer for were missing . The car was in good condition and the extras the dealer sent inside were all there so I never complained about the temporary plates . This time I was wary and interviewed several companies . Not only was this the least expensive quote from the interview process , but Lisa was by far the most competant person I delt with . The quotes on EBay were mostly bait and switch plans that made me want to fly to Florida and pick up the car myself . The switches were 20% to 35% more expensive than was originally quoted . The quote from Lisa was right on . The driver called to pick up the car 4 days early which made the seller and I both very happy . He called me for permission to deliver later so that he could pick up more vehicles . I was in no hurry so we mutually agreed to delay delivery . He also let me know his daily progress and eventually delivered the car to my doorstep . He was effecient and everything was delivered as it had been discribed by the seller . I would have no problem recommending this company to anyone who was shipping . If I had insisted , the driver would have delivered the car as promised on Wednesday . I had several reasons not to take delivery on Thursday so it made sense to release the driver so he could make several more pickups and deliveries and deliver the car to me on Friday .
