For some reason, I was told that at each step of the delivery process, I would be called AND e-mailed...This did not happen and it is not important to me, I did not request both, but was told that that was the way it was done ( notifying both ways). I thought it odd, but had never shipped a car before and figured there must be a reason for two notifications. It was 13 days until I got assigned to a trucker, and then it was not an Express Auto Transport. The Roan Trucking people were very timely and polite. Not bad (Waiting 13 days)considering the season. The Roan truck was clean, and my car undamaged, the two men very polite.
