hold times

hold times were low because I was kept on hold for over 25 mins checking on the status w/customer service. All my phone calls to customer service were way to long to be kept on hold.

besides the long waits, everything else went smoothly

Denise, Thank you for the positive review, although we greatly apologize the hold times exceeded your expectations. We have recently made modifications to our system that allows for a customer to receive a callback from the company when a spot becomes available for the customer. We sincerely hope this helps with the wait times and early results seem to show such a response!
