Made a payment in full on 9/18/09 for $810.00. The pickup date was 9/23 but they were never able to get the bike picked up but this is not my complaint. I canceled service on 10/9/09 and was told that I would received a full refund within 1-10 days. Today is 10/25/09 and still no refund. I have had to get my credit card company involved. There is no excuse for this kind of service and I would not recommend you use them.

Express Auto Transport just spoke to Steve, and explained that 7-10 business days had yet to pass as of his initial review and that we were sorry that refund was not back in account, but if he had initiated a charge back via the credit card company than we were unable to process refund (as this often results in a double refund to customer). Customer became upset by this and threatened further reviews. Regardless, we apologize that Steve is unhappy with the process, but his complaint has nothing to do with anything we have actually not done for Steve to this point.
