Overall service was very good. Kelley was very pleasant. I think the major area of improvement would be in communication about the time frames for pickup. It took a very long time to find a carrier willing to do this job. I understand some routes may be difficult to fill; however, I feel these professionals should have an idea if it is an undesirable route or situation (non-running vehicle) and better prepare the customer for the delays, perhaps even offer suggestions to help. That being said, I would certainly give them another try; and the carrier was very professional and did a great job of communicating the drop off time.
