After having purchased a vehicle on E-Bay many states away, I looked into the auto shippers listed on the E-Bay listing. I first, checked out their websites, then called each one, to verify the quote that was listed on E-Bay. I found Express Auto Transport to have the most information on its' website, and when I called, Mike answered the phone, and stepped me through the entire process and answered all of my questions fully. After I ordered the service, I was promptly contacted by Lynette, who would be my personal contact for the entire process, until final delivery, who gave me plenty of phone numbers to reach her at, or alternate contacts.
My pick-up and delivery dates were scheduled, and in about 10 days, my vehicle was dropped off at my door. The driver was very professional and courteous, and treated the clunker I bought, like it was a brand new Cadillac. Bottom line, is I am EXTREMELY impressed with Express Auto Transport, and absolutely would recommend their service to anyone needing an auto transport.
Also, their price was midway between the highest quote, and the lowest quote.
