This is the second time I have used EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORT, first time was a year ago, they delivered a car to me from Iowa and they delivered the car a day ahead of schedule, the car was well cared for and treated with respect. All my phone calls were answered quickly and I felt They cared about doing a good job, Brandon was the person that handeled my first delivery and all went well, absolutely NO problems. he answered all my questions and kept me informed of all the details of the move. The second time I called EXPRESS Auto Transport 6/30/2009, a very sweet Lady answered the call and I knew from my conversation with her that I could trust this company to do the job for me, Tommi explained each and every detail of the job and kept me informed by e.mail, and phone calls every step of the way, I could call her anytime and she never got upset with my pestering her,- as a matter of fact I believe we have become long distance friends ! She even called me after delivery and asked me if everything went well, and asked me about my car etc. I got a great price on the delivery and got the car on time as promised, The driver (Darryl) was a very nice guy, very friendly and professional, I could tell he took pride in his work, If all the drivers are as prompt, friendly and helpful as he was this is the only service to use as far as I am concerned, he impressed me so much that I tipped him 40.00, and I felt he deserved every dollar of it. ( I dont tip in these sort of situations unless there is excellent service)...and he surely deserved it ! I highly recommend Express auto transport and I will be using them for all my moves, Do yourself a favor, If you need to transport a vehicle call these people and ask for TOMMI GIRL, and tell her I sent ya !
