The car was scheduled to be picked up very soon after I put in my request. They said it could take seven to 10 days to schedule, but I got a call to put it on the schedule the day after. I contacted the seller of the car (where it was to be picked up), and let them know to expect the transport truck.

The pickup went well, the driver contacted me initially to let me know he had the car, and to schedule the delivery.

The delivery went well and the driver was on time. Had to schedule to pick up away from my home, as the truck would not fit in my neighborhood. I asked to deliver to a nearby vacant parking lot.

The driver called me ontime to let me know he was there. When I went to meet him, he already had the car off of the truck and waiting for me.

I signed the form(s), took the car and was on my way.

Very efficient process, and very painless.

I would absolutely use them again.
