I contracted a car to go to Alaska for $2575. They made me pay the whole amount up front and luckly I put it on a credit card. After two weeks of waiting, they still had not picked up the car. I called to cancel the order on June 9, and received an email from Melissa that my money would be refunded in seven to ten business days, less $100 for them to do nothing.
I never got the credit and had to keep calling for it. On June 29, I finally got to speak to their accounting person, Yvett who told me that she had just gotten my request on her desk and would process the credit. What happened to all of the other phone calls and messages I had left on her answering machine and with their customer service?
I got a email from Maria on 6/29 that the credit had been issued but I never got it until 7/2, almost a whole month after I cancelled the order.
In the mean time, I was contacted by several other carriers who said that they saw my car posted for carriers to pick up, but figured no one did as Express had only a 70% score that they would pay the carrier so no one wanted it.
I finally found Transport Services on June 9, who came and picked the car up the next day. Their fee was $2300. It arrived in great condition and in good time

Express Auto Transport regrets that Js vehicle was not assigned to a truck in a timeframe that he found reasonable. Unfortunately some companies feel that it makes their company look better if they put down other companies. We have issued the refund to Js credit card.
