After purchasing a vehicle at auction, I ordered transport on 5/4. The company was unable to schedule a truck, and I elected to cancel the order on 5/28 after I was informed that it was unlikely that the company would be able to schedule a truck in the near future. I am waiting on a refund, which I was told could take up to one week.

It would have been more helpful if the company had communicated better with me about the process. I only received status updates after I called the company directly.

After cancelling the order on 5/28, I booked transport with another company. The other company has a truck scheduled already for 6/2. Needless to say I wish that I had selected another company from the start.

Express Auto Transport regrets that Clyde was not happy with the experience he had with our company. Clyde placed his order without speaking with anyone from our company. He received several calls from our company with status updates.
