My Husband just had to have this 64 Belair all the way in Illinois, he was bidding on ebay- so I didn't really think he'd get it. Then he DID!! What tha.... I tried not to get to aggrivated-that was till I started price checking transports, and calling the companys. I was fit to be tied. The online estimated were 640.00, 680.00,720.00 and up. When I called the company's there price was 1800.00, 1680.00, 1420.00, 1280.00, etc... Seemed no one was even close to their original quote, and few were having a worse day than I was. Then I called EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORT. The young man answered the phone in a pleasent mood, as after a few calls he was the First- unbeliveable. Then he want on to assist me with our priceing, and scheduling. My orginal quote from EXPRESS AUTO TRANSPORT was $840.00 and my contract price was $870.00 they were the only company who honored the original quote, and the $30.00 difference was due to a mistake in the orginal application for the quote, which Larry was very helpful and handled it all for me.
After setting up the transport, they sent emails to inform me of the order placed,dispatch, delivery,and comformation. I wish I would of called them first and saved myself alot of hassel, and stress, when it was really so easy an convenient.
To top everything off the driver was a very nice gentleman. He delivered my Husbands new baby with tlc.
