I bought a car off ebay for the very first time. Got my order and Maria was my CSR, she called me right away. I always got a return call. The last time I talked to her I had to cancel my tranport because the seller back out. She got me a full refund. The ladies in the accounting dept. made it very easy and pleasant to speak with I believe the two girls I spoke with was Ashley and Maria. I got my refund in a timely matter. I would use this company again. I hope that I get Maria as my CSR again. This company is the best in my book and it is because of the friendly and knowledgeable workers there. Thanks for the help.
