I was disappointed that the pickup was well after the "available for shipment date", but I also knew that was a risk when I booked an open shipment. Once the car was picked up, however, it was delivered faster than I expected. The car ended up arriving at around when I expected, it arrived in perfect condition, and I paid a very competitive price. I'd use Express Auto Transport again.
