My son is serving in Afghanistan and bought a car on e-bay, a 1960 Lincoln Continental, and wanted to have it brought to New York. At first we were to drive down to Va. pick it up and drive back to NY. The problem we were having was the seller would only be there a limited amount of time. Kathryn was very personable on the phone and between her and Tonia they got it delivered at a much cheaper rate then it would have cost us to go down and with only a days notice. I thank you both and so does my son for all your help.
