I was told that my car would be picked up in 7 days. It did take longer than expected. Everytime I would call to inquire, some of the staff seemed annoyed. Overall, for the price and because they did deliver the car in good condition I would use the service again. It might take longer than expected for the whole process, but it is worth the price that they offer.
