Poor Customer Service

I still have yet to receive anything confirming that my truck was picked up by the transport trucking company or that it was going to be delivered on a certain day from Lynette. She called me and left me a message that said she would call or email me back when the truck had been picked up. She has not. I have given her all morning to respond and tell me and she still never called to let me know the truck had been picked up or what day to expect delivery. Luckily the person I bought my vehicle from was keeping me informed about the truck delivery because Lynette has failed to meet any satisfaction. She has yet to email me anything concerning my order and I am very disappointed in her service. If not for the customer I bought the vechile from I would have been out of town on the day of delivery. I did get some satisfaction out of Tonia who checked to make sure my email account was correct and she also handled some of my other problems. It never failed when I would contact Tonia, then I would get something from Lynette.

We have looked into the claims made by Mr. Breland and have found that they are not accurate. On December 12th, Mr. Breland received a phone call, from Lynnette, to confirm all the information in his order was correct. On December 15th, Mr Breland's vehicle was dispatched. On December 18th, Lynnette left Mr. Breland a voicemail letting him know that his vehicle was scheduled for pick up in a couple of hours. On December 19th, Mr. Breland, received two phone calls and an email from Lynnette letting him know the his vehicle had been picked up. Mr. Breland's vehicle was delivered to him on December 23rd.
