The customer support representative handling my transport did not inform me of pickup and delivery schedule. I received a call from driver one hour before vehicle drop off and that was the only notification I got on the delivery. Escalation to manager was appropriately handled and manager was cordial and apologetic. Informed him of process breakdown and unconcerned attitude of customer support rep when I conveyed the issue. Manager said they would deal with problem. I am not sure if the process gaps have been resolved which allowed for my car to be delivered and that I did not have any idea it was coming. Email notification was sent to me 12 hours before but I did not read my email that evening. Suggested call should have been made to insure I was aware that the car was on its way. I was more disappointed in the support reps lack of concern or desire to assist. Pricing was reduced when I asked for them to be more competitive. Email notifications we appropriate but suggest you insist they call you instead of depending on email.
Overall I would not use them again but because of manager at least I have an escalation point now and may in the near future. He was willing to work with me to insure I was as satisified as I could be.
Driver was also cordial and understanding of the situation and we worked out an approriate solution.
