I was impressed from the beginning. I was told when a truck was assined to pick up my vehicle date it would be picked up and date it would be delivered to me. The updates came by email and telephone calls. The location where vehicle was picked up was called a few hours before the truck showed up to alert the seller. I was notified a few hours before it shoowed up at my location to alert me to be ready to receive the vehicle. The driver was friendly and very professional. He had all necessary equipment to unload the vehicle with very little effort. I will use this carrier again.
I also thought the price of the transport was very reasonable considering the price at which fuel has escalated lately. I would recommend this carrier to any of my friends without worry about thier performance.
