I was very unhappy with the service I recieved from Express Auto. I was told that they should have the car assigned in 1-7 days and then delivered in 3-5 days. I then asked and I quote "So it should be no problem to have the car here in less than two weeks" and they agreed. Now I know this is not a garantee but they didn't even come close. The car was finally assigned after 10 days with a delivery date of 22 days. This delivery date was then pushed back four more times until the car was finally delivered 39 days later. The truck driver unloaded my car in a private lot in New York with out contacting anyone and left it unattended. The lot owner contacted the police when he found the car and it was towed to impound. I found this out not from Express Auto but when the police called me to tell me the car was in impound. Not one time when my delivery date was changed was I contacted by Express Auto. When the delivery date would arrive with no word from them I would then call them and would recieve a new delivery date. When you are on hold the recording tells you how they measure success one customer at a time and you will be treated like the only customer they have, how they are proactive and not reactive and you will never be just a number, and my favorite how they will track your shipment and keep you informed of its progress. This is their own description of their service so therefore it is my expectation. They fall short on all accounts. After all of this they did tell me they would refund me $100. That is a joke. I WOULD NOT ADVISE ANONE TO USE EXPRESS AUTO TO MOVE AN OUTHOUSE LET ALONE A CAR.

Express Auto Transport regrets the experience Mr. Hanson had with our company. The timeframes given to him were estimates based on the normal timeframe for this type of transport. The pick up was delayed due to inclement weather. As Mr. Hanson said in his posting, Express Auto Transport did offer a refund to Mr. Hanson.
