Not often do I take the time to show my appreciation to someone that has gone above and beyond their duties. I don't because great customer service seems to be a thing of the past. Then I came across Cathryn (Cat) when I decided to transport my car instead of drive across country.
I explain to Cat that my biggest concern was that my car could not arrive untill a certain day. I work for an airline, and during that time I was doing quite a bit of traveling, and I didn't want my car to arrive and have to sit in storage untill I got back. So, I was given a quote, and thats what I paid. Not a penny more. My car arrived on the day I wanted it to. The driver call me a day before his arrival. and I received emails keeping me up with the eta.
I am very appreciative of the Great service I received from Cathryn and everyone involved in making sure that my 1st experience in transporting a vehicle was a pleasant one.
