I was delighted to hear the base price quoted was the only price I needed to pay. No extra handling fees or taxes to mess with. There was one miss-communication with the second contact person which was resolved quickly. After that, I was contacted by the driver and he kept me informed throughout the remaining process. Upon arrival, he spared no time in unloading my bike and displayed a professional and courteous attitude. It was very obvious to me and my wife that my bike was handled with the utmost care. Except for one very small bubble, Express Auto Transport picked up, moved, and delivered my dream bike from the seller's address, to my driveway, faster than was quoted and I will be glad to use this very professional company again when I plan my cross country trek.
